Texas has been hit by an ice and sleet storm. Eight hundred schools are closed but not the school I work at, we are opening three hours later than normal.


Patricia, Will, Bill and I were hoping the storm would hit when we were out celebrating Patricia's 21st birthday. The sleet hit once we were safely at home.

Patricia and Will's have ice icicles on them its not something you see every day here.

I can't believe tomorrow I finally get to hold Jacob William. Bill and I are looking forward to spending some quality time with the newest family member.

I'm counting the days until I get to meet Jacob William.

Bill and I are looking forward to midnight feedings so the new mom and dad can catch up on some missed sleep.
